Once the gateway confirms payment, your order receives a unique share link and a downloadable QR keepsake. You also receive an email. If you set a future opening time, the link keeps the contents sealed until then.
Anyone who has the unique share link can open it during its availability period. Stories are excluded from search indexing. Use only photos and personal information you have permission to share.
Review the full preview carefully: checkout freezes the story for that order. Your order page lets you track delivery and contact support if you need help.
Your order shows its first opening and real opening activity. Viewers can choose to send a reaction. We don’t identify the viewer or record their location.
Your order stays pending until the provider confirms it. Background reconciliation checks delayed payments. If an additional payment is captured for an already-paid order, a full refund of that additional payment is queued.
Contact support from your order within seven days for failed delivery, a non-working story, duplicate charges, or other concerns. Approved refunds return through the original payment gateway. See the refund policy for details.
