A few little things to know.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every occasion has a complete playable demo, and your creator has a live preview. You can save a draft before checkout.
What happens after I pay?
Once the gateway confirms payment, your order receives a unique share link and a downloadable QR keepsake. You also receive an email. If you set a future opening time, the link keeps the contents sealed until then.
Who can see my story?
Anyone who has the unique share link can open it during its availability period. Stories are excluded from search indexing. Use only photos and personal information you have permission to share.
Can I change it after checkout?
Review the full preview carefully: checkout freezes the story for that order. Your order page lets you track delivery and contact support if you need help.
Will I know when they open it?
Your order shows its first opening and real opening activity. Viewers can choose to send quiz choices, a feeling and a personal note privately by email. We don’t identify the viewer or record their location.
What if a payment is pending or goes through twice?
Your order stays pending until the provider confirms it. Background reconciliation checks delayed payments. If an additional payment is captured for an already-paid order, a full refund of that additional payment is queued.
What if I need a refund?
Contact support from your order within seven days for failed delivery, a non-working story, duplicate charges, or other concerns. Approved refunds return through the original payment gateway. See the refund policy for details.
