Goal: Ensure that the Contao backend notification center surfaces only useful alerts for administrators and editors without generating repetitive noise when a condition such as an expired password or pending form submission remains unresolved.

Constraints: While administrators can enable or disable entire event types for specific roles via System → Settings → Notification Settings, there is no per‑user option to mute individual alert kinds, and dismissing an alert in the bell‑icon UI does not suppress future notifications for the same persisting condition.

Questions:

• Is there a way to configure Contao so that a dismissed alert stays suppressed until the underlying condition changes, or is this behavior intentional?
• Can administrators achieve per‑user granularity for alert suppression without relying on role‑based toggles or third‑party extensions?
