Is there a supported way to add a custom CA to Minitab’s certificate validation process?

Goal

Enable a Minitab installation to trust a corporate or self‑signed CA when connecting to Minitab Cloud services.

Constraints

Minitab relies on the operating‑system resolver and trust store for DNS and TLS. The application offers no UI or command‑line option to import a custom CA bundle, and the current releases do not expose certificate validation settings.

Unresolved Decision

It is unclear whether the OS‑level trust store changes are automatically recognized by Minitab, or if a future release will introduce explicit support for custom CAs.

• Can a custom CA be added to the OS trust store in a way that Minitab will automatically use for its HTTPS traffic?
