TVS Motor Company has significantly upgraded its popular टीवीएस अपाचे lineup to align with the demands of modern urban riders. Launched in mid-September 2026, these updates prioritize connectivity and rider safety over mechanical engine changes, integrating smart features that reduce the rider's dependence on handheld smartphones during commutes.

Apache RTR 160 4V: A Tech-First Upgrade

The most notable update comes to the Apache RTR 160 4V, which now features a high-resolution Thin Film Transistor (TFT) display. This screen supports Google Maps mirroring, allowing riders to view navigation data directly on the dashboard source. To enhance safety, TVS has introduced a 'panic brake alert' system that provides warnings during sudden, heavy braking to alert surrounding traffic source.

While the tech has evolved, the performance remains consistent. The bike retains its 159.7cc, 4-valve, oil-cooled engine, producing 17.30 HP and 14.73 Nm of torque in sport mode source. The updated RTR 160 4V also introduces new colorways, most notably Arctic Teal paired with champagne-gold alloy wheels, alongside matte black, racing red, and sea blue options source.
