Plot Summary: A Battle of Wits
Directed by Shahad Nilambur, the story centers on Aleena Abraham, played by Parvathy Thiruvothu in her first police role in Malayalam cinema. Aleena joins the police force through a compassionate appointment following the death of her husband [2]. While she initially considers a clerical role, she opts for station duty, where she becomes entangled in a complex crime concealment plot.
The narrative shifts from a standard police procedural to a psychological game when a peculiar midnight incident occurs at the station. Rather than reporting the crime, the officers use their knowledge of forensic procedures to manipulate evidence and hide the truth [1]. The film explores the tension between the investigating officer and the corrupt policemen attempting to cover their tracks.
