Search interest in ldc score card 2026 jumped about 75% in India in the 24 hours to 8 October 2026, according to Google Trends, as Rajasthan clerk aspirants checked their results. The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) released the final LDC cutoff in online mode on 28 September 2026 on its official website. Here is what the score card means, how the cutoff was decided, and what comes next.
What the RSSB LDC Score Card 2026 shows
The Board published the cutoff together with the declaration of results, and the marks are released separately for all categories in PDF format. Candidates who appeared for the written exam can check their total marks against the category-wise cutoff on rssb.rajasthan.gov.in. Those who score equal to or above the cutoff are invited to the next stages of the selection process.
How the cutoff is decided
The final cutoff is not arbitrary. RSSB determines it based on the overall number of vacancies, the number of applicants, candidates' performance, the difficulty level of the exam, normalisation of scores and the reservation policy. This is why cutoffs differ across categories and across NTSP, TSP and horizontal (Divyang, ex-servicemen) lists.
Previous-year category-wise cutoffs for reference
Note: the detailed category-wise figures published alongside the 2026 announcement are labelled as previous year cutoffs, not the 2026 final list. They are still useful as a benchmark:
| Category (ARD-NTSP) | Sub-category | Cutoff marks |
|---|---|---|
| General | Male / Female | 231.75 / 220.86 |
| GEN-EWS | Male / Female | 222.34 / 209.38 |
| OBC | Male / Female | 227.39 / 215.21 |
| MBC | Male / Female | 212.59 / 195.54 |
| SC | Male / Female | 202.07 / 192.13 |
| ST | Male / Female | 192.88 / 191.57 |
| Divyang (GEN) | — | 149.14 |
| Ex-servicemen (GEN) | — | 168.27 |
Candidates should treat these as indicative only and rely on the official PDF for the actual 2026 figures.
The three-stage selection process
- Written examination: two objective-type papers totalling 100 marks.
- Skill test: a typing efficiency test conducted in both English and Hindi.
- Document verification: educational qualification certificates, caste certificates and valid ID proof are checked against official guidelines.
RSSB releases a cutoff for every stage, so clearing the written exam is only the first filter.
Qualifying percentages and CET requirement
For the written exam, General and OBC candidates need at least 40%, while SC/ST candidates need 35%. In the skill test, all categories must secure a minimum of 36%. Additionally, appearing and scoring in CET 2026 is mandatory to be eligible for the LDC exam.
What candidates should do now
Download the official cutoff PDF and your score card from rssb.rajasthan.gov.in, compare your normalised marks with your category's cutoff, and if qualified, start preparing for the typing test and keep original documents ready for verification. Information here is current as of 28–29 September 2026; check the official website for any later schedule changes, as final selection depends on the skill test and document verification, not the written score alone.
