RemoveAsyncLoadHandle – Change in Behavior for Ongoing FAsyncPackage::FlushAsyncLoading in UE 5.3

Goal: Clarify whether invoking FStreamableManager::RemoveAsyncLoadHandle after a RequestAsyncLoad call halts the internal level‑streaming flush performed by FAsyncPackage::FlushAsyncLoading or merely suppresses the associated delegate. In UE 5.3 the documentation states that the optional FDelegateHandle can cancel pending async loads, but it does not specify if the cancel callback is triggered when the underlying flush operation has already begun, nor what status the OnAsyncLoadCallback receives in that case. This leaves uncertainty about whether a cancelled request continues to load assets, whether the callback reports a cancelled state or a loaded object, and what observable engine behavior indicates the true outcome of the cancellation attempt.
Does RemoveAsyncLoadHandle stop the FlushAsyncLoading process immediately when called during an active flush?
What value does the OnAsyncLoadCallback receive (cancelled flag vs loaded object) when a cancel is issued while the flush is in progress?
Does issuing a cancel prevent further asset loading from the package, or does the flush continue to completion despite the cancel request?
