Promise.all rejection and pending task cleanup

When utilizing Promise.all to manage multiple concurrent asynchronous operations in JavaScript, the method rejects immediately upon the first promise failure. While the overall operation fails fast, any other promises initiated within that block continue to execute in the background as floating promises.
In environments where these background tasks perform resource-intensive operations or state mutations, there is no built-in mechanism within the Promise.all specification to cancel or abort the remaining pending tasks once the primary wrapper has rejected.
- Does the JavaScript runtime provide a native way to synchronize the cancellation of remaining promises in a
Promise.allblock upon a single rejection? - What is the standard approach for ensuring pending microtasks are cleaned up to prevent memory leaks or inconsistent state after a fast-fail event?
