Limits of Focus Indicator Support in GoLand Accessibility

Focus Indicator Support
GoLand inherits JetBrains platform accessibility features such as screen reader announcements, high‑contrast themes, and full keyboard navigation for the editor, project view, and core tool windows.
However, the IDE does not provide a documented, consistent visual focus indicator for custom tool windows or third‑party plugin UI components. The current implementation relies on platform‑wide focus handling, which may not surface clearly when a user navigates solely with the keyboard.
Additionally, there is no per‑project accessibility profile, so users cannot tailor focus feedback or other visual cues to specific project contexts.
Given these gaps, the following questions remain:
- What is the current status of focus indicator implementation for custom tool windows in GoLand?
- Are there plans to standardize visual feedback for keyboard‑only navigation across third‑party plugins?
- How can users request or influence the addition of a per‑project accessibility configuration?
