Limits of Deployment Log Visibility: Remote Script Errors

Goal
Diagnose a failed deployment by reviewing the Deployment Log panel in WebStorm. The panel records the SSH handshake and file‑transfer events but does not show the stdout/stderr produced by the remote deployment script.
Constraints & Uncertainty
While the log displays a truncated list of transferred files and reports a generic failure status, the specific error messages generated by the remote side are omitted. The exit code of the remote process is also not exposed. It is unclear whether this omission is intentional or a feature that can be toggled.
Specific Questions
- Does WebStorm provide any configuration to include the full output of the remote deployment script in the Deployment Log panel?
- If not, are there documented workarounds or plugins that can capture and display that output?
- Is the exit code of the remote deployment process available through any other log or console view?
