JSON Object Duplicate Key Resolution Strategy

RFC 8259 Compliance and Key Collision
The JSON specification (RFC 8259) defines an object as an unordered collection of zero or more name/value pairs. While the standard requires that names within an object should be unique, it does not explicitly mandate a specific behavior for parsers when duplicate keys are encountered in a single object.
Different language implementations and libraries handle these collisions inconsistently. Some parsers adopt a "first-win" strategy, while others implement a "last-win" approach, potentially leading to data discrepancies when the same payload is processed by different services in a distributed architecture.
What is the standardized method for ensuring consistent key resolution across heterogeneous environments? Does a specific configuration exist to force a parser to reject duplicate keys as invalid rather than resolving them silently?
