How to disable the shortcut of pressing and releasing Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Winkey that launches M365 Copilot?

When I press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Winkey then release it, M365 Copilot pops up. I have other shortcuts that use those modifiers, so sometimes I hold those modifiers in expectations that I might or might not need to use a different shortcut. If I don't press any letters and release the modifiers, the pesky window pops up, which interferes with my workflow.
How to change the behaviour that happens on release of those four modifier keys (disable or change that shortcut), preferably without needing third-party software (i.e. just by finding where the settings of these shortcuts are, or editing a specific registry key)?

I have used a tool called "PowerToys" before to remap the keys. I believe it also has the feature of remapping short-cuts, if it doesn't, try creating a shortcut with the same keys (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Windows) and 'overwrite' the keyboard shortcuts defined by Windows.
