Capacitor allows for global application settings within the capacitor.config.ts file, including the ability to define platform-specific overrides to differentiate behavior between iOS and Android.

While global settings are straightforward, there is uncertainty regarding the scope of these overrides when interacting with native plugin registrations. Specifically, it is unclear if platform-specific configuration blocks can be used to conditionally enable or disable specific native plugin properties without modifying the native AndroidManifest.xml or Info.plist files directly.

Given that npx cap sync propagates these settings to the native projects, what is the supported method for defining plugin-specific configuration values that only apply to a single platform within the TypeScript configuration file? Can these overrides dynamically alter the bridge's initialization parameters for a specific plugin?
