Can Sketch Alerts be split by plugin updates and app updates?

The goal is to keep useful update alerts in Sketch while reducing notification noise in macOS Notification Center. The Alerts preference panel is documented as controlling notifications for application updates, plugin updates and other system events.

The current design appears to provide a global toggle for all notifications with limited per-type options, and it is unclear whether plugin update alerts can be enabled independently of other system events or whether priority levels are distinguishable. The behavior for critical updates when the global toggle is off is also uncertain.

Can Sketch Alerts be configured separately for plugin updates versus application updates? Does disabling the global notification switch suppress critical security updates as well? Which notification types are exposed as individual controls in the current Alerts panel?
