Board migration drops card aging colors when destination workspace lacks Power-up

Goal
Migrate a small application's Trello board to a new workspace without downtime while preserving the card aging visual indicators that show how long cards have been inactive.
Constraints and uncertainty
Board export/import preserves card age metadata, but the UI display resets unless the aging Power-up is re-enabled in the destination workspace. The aging Power-up must be present and enabled on the target board for background color shifts to render. Rate limits of 1000 requests per 10 seconds may throttle bulk migration scripts, requiring exponential backoff. It is unclear whether the Power-up must be pre-enabled before import or can be activated afterward without losing the visual cues.
Questions
- Must the aging Power-up be enabled in the destination workspace before importing the board to retain visual age cues?
- Can the aging metadata be programmatically restored via the API after migration if the Power-up was not pre-enabled?
- What is the exact sequence of API calls and Power-up state changes that prevents visual age cue loss during a zero-downtime migration?
