Can a Notion workspace owner verify that database relations and formulas survive a backup restore?

Verification goal The owner wants to confirm that after exporting a Notion workspace and re‑importing the backup, database relations, formula properties, and permission settings remain functionally equivalent to the original state. Constraints and uncertainty Native exports flatten databases into Markdown, HTML, or CSV files that omit relation properties, fo

Choosing Between Filesystem and Redis HTTP Cache Adapters for Reliable Warm‑up in Shopware

Goal: Ensure that Shopware’s HTTP cache is fully populated before production traffic arrives, regardless of whether the filesystem or Redis adapter is used. Constraint: The default warm‑up mechanism only populates the filesystem cache; when the Redis adapter is enabled the cache remains cold until the first request, which can cause latency spikes. Interoperability failure during bidirectional C++ migration

Carbon-C++ Interop Boundary Carbon is designed to allow incremental migration from C++ through bidirectional interoperability. This requires the Carbon compiler to maintain a consistent representation of types and memory layouts when interfacing with existing C++ codebases. Given the experimental nature of the language, there is uncertainty regarding how the

When does RStudio's Stop button fail to interrupt a running computation?

I run long computations in the RStudio console and rely on the Stop button (or Esc) to cancel them. Sometimes the interrupt works immediately; other times the session appears unresponsive and my only apparent recourse is Terminate R, which discards the workspace. My understanding is that Stop sends an interrupt that R only honors when the interpreter checks

CrashLoopBackOff logs disappear after pod deletion in Kubernetes

The goal is to understand whether Kubernetes retains container logs for a pod that has exited due to a CrashLoopBackOff event after the pod itself is deleted or evicted. Currently, logs are stored only on the node’s filesystem and are removed according to the node’s log‑rotation policy, with no built‑in API to access them once the pod is gone. This leaves an

Homebrew prefix transition from /usr/local to /opt/homebrew breaks CI build scripts

Homebrew changed its default installation prefix when Apple Silicon was introduced, moving from /usr/local to /opt/homebrew . Build scripts and application configurations that hardcode the legacy Intel path continue to work on older machines but fail when the same repository is built on an arm64 CI runner. The documented brew shellenv command is intended to

Nondeterministic test execution order in JUnit 5

In JUnit 5, the default execution order of test methods within a class is unspecified. While this design is intended to prevent developers from creating hidden dependencies between test cases, it frequently leads to nondeterministic results across different environments or build runs. The @TestMethodOrder annotation allows for explicit ordering using strateg

Authentication failure during Dovecot 2.3 to 2.4 upgrade: LDAP schema validation

LDAP Backend Compatibility Upgrading a Dovecot installation from version 2.3.x to 2.4.x introduces changes to how the LDAP authentication backend validates user entries. In version 2.3.x, the system allowed a fallback to the uid attribute for determining mailbox location if other attributes were missing. In version 2.4.x, the backend implements stricter sche
