I'm pretty sure I don't have any client specific rules therein. I've read the article answer here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5629946/change-outlook-rule-from-client-side And, I cannot see anything on my rule that would make it client only instead of server side. I am using Office 365, and I'm having trouble using links in Excel formulas. In some older versions of MS Office, I had to paste a formula written in Excel as unformatted Unicode text (using Paste Special) and convert it to a proper formula; it worked for me, but now it doesn't convert text pasted as a link in the equation field into a proper formula.
